The Northern Endeavour FPSO is moored at the Laminaria-Coralina oil field in the Timor Sea and is operated and maintained by Upstream Production Solutions. The vessel is owned by Northern Oil and Gas Australia.
Hazardous Area inspections for the FPSO are managed using the AssetHive Lite platform in synchronisation with the mobile platform. An inspection schedule is generated in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and mirrored in AssetHive Lite to produce an inspection campaign. Work packs are generated in AssetHive Lite and synchronised with the tablet to enable mobile access offshore to simplify the execution of inspections, improve work efficiency, standardise common tasks and improve data capture, accessibility and transparency/reporting.
Corrective actions and defects identified during inspections are also recorded offline on the mobile tablet and passed back to the CMMS to generate corrective service requests.
Queensland Curtis LNG (QCLNG) will be the world’s first project to turn gas from coal seams into liquefied natural gas, or LNG. This major, integrated project involves:
This project had both the Constructor and the Owner using AssetHive Lite to manage construction and commissioning of the entire gas plant. It was the first coal seam gas liquefaction plant, with a seamless completions process.
The Devil Creek Gas Plant located in Western Australia’s northwest is the State’s third domestic natural gas processing hub. Gas to supply the Devil Greek facility is extracted from the Apache-operated Reindeer field approximately 80 km northwest of Dampier. It is brought to the mainland via a 105 km offshore and onshore raw gas supply pipeline.
This project had both the Constructor and the Owner using AssetHive Lite to manage construction and commissioning of the $1.3 billion gas plant. The plant has a gross production capacity of 215 TJ/day.
The refurbishment of Ningaloo Vision included an upgrade of topside process modules, swivel replacement, hull and tank renewal and turret/subsea modifications.
AssetHive Lite was used to manage the process and provide the handover MDR back to operations.
Silverhorse Technologies was engaged by MSP Engineering to provide its AssetHive Lite technology for the Tianqi Lithium Hydroxide Process Plant Project (TLK LHPP Project).
AssetHive Lite was implemented to enable a systematic handover of all systems, ensuring that tracking and reporting of all testing during Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning against all equipment, components, devices and lines is managed and documented. The system was used for tracking and management of punch lists, handover certification, documentation and associated activities.
The system provided a centralised repository for all equipment tag information and management real-time reporting on progress towards completion and handover of systems.
The Pilgangoora Lithium-Tantalum Project is one of the largest new lithium ore deposits in the world, located in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. The mine and processing facility will produce a 6 per cent spodumene concentrate that will be upgraded into battery-grade lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide to be used in lithium-ion batteries.
The project utilised AssetHive Lite to automate the management of paper-based work orders to deliver task efficiency, while also improving the quality of information capture, both in the field and during tracking of work completion.
AssetHive Lite provides a standardised process for the generation and execution of maintenance work orders to the project, covering equipment within the fixed plant operations while directly interfacing with the Company CMMS for all work order management.
Work is synchronised with the mobile platform to enable access to information on mobile devices in the field providing a seamless process for task completion, information capture and reporting.
Cobre Panama is a large open-pit copper development in Panama operated by First Quantum Minerals.
The project is utilising AssetHive Lite as a Commissioning Management System to provide the overall reporting of completion status at component, equipment, system, plant/facility and project level. The system records all verification activities for the project, reflecting the status of each item of equipment during construction, testing and commissioning for all associated facilities.
AssetHive Lite provides simplified, automated work pack generation, punch list and certificate pack building and real time progress reporting to the project.
The terminal is owned and being developed by coal exporters to provide increased long-term export coal capacity. Construction began in 2012 with the terminal being commissioned and handed over in 2015.
The AssetHive Lite role in the project included the provision of governance, transparency and technical integrity through the construction and commissioning phases.
