We run a series of collaborative workshops and ask you lots of questions in order to fully understand the nature of the challenges that are stopping your digital transformation objectives being reached. It starts with a clear understanding of where in the business we can make a change to improve efficiency.
We closely engage with the teams on the ground that have to deal with the problem. They tell us what they really need in order to get the job done better. This becomes the foundation for rolling out workflow improvements which ultimately deliver efficiency.

We collaborate on redesigning your workflows for a digital environment. We look at areas where tasks can be automated and streamlined so that human efficiency can be boosted.

We then start to look at data and where we need to pull it from. Using our AssetHive Harmonisation API, we can pull data from wherever it is stored. This can be your ERP system, engineering database, data lake or any other platform. We integrate with those tools to pull only the data that is needed to support specific workflows. Our AssetHive data hub harmonises your data so that it can be linked to your workflow for execution. We also push the data and workflow to your 3D models.
You decide which part of your asset we are going to introduce the AssetHive technology on. We start small by running a pilot to validate the outcomes before the technology is scaled to other parts of the business.

Together we create a culture of digital change. We show your people how the redesigned workflow will make their job easier and more effective. This is important in getting support from everyone within the organisation to embrace the new way of working.
A complete training program is rolled out to users to ensure they understand the new way of working. This is critical to increasing user adoption.

It’s time to put together self-managing, multi-disciplinary teams with the skill sets that can get the whole job done in one go.
You then need to equip the team with tablets to enable the execution of workflows around the new way of working. Your teams should be empowered to use harmonised data to make decisions on appropriate actions to take.

Together we assess the results of the pilot and figure out how things can be done even better. We stay agile and flexible so that we can learn from user feedback and incorporate change. This is a key part of our low risk approach. By ironing out any issues during customisation, scaling out is able to proceed in a safer and more predictable manner. It also enables continuous improvement.

The lessons learned enable us to create units of software that are proven to work on the asset. These units of software can then be safely and swiftly replicated and transferred to other assets in the business.
